Over the phone, we determine the nature and severity of the problem. We provide an estimated response time and, if needed, initial advice on what to do before the crew arrives.

3. The crew responds

The emergency crew arrives with the necessary tools and materials. Our goal is to resolve the problem on the first visit. If additional work is needed, we prepare an estimate and agree on timelines.

What to do while you wait

Taking the right steps before specialists arrive can significantly reduce damage:

Water leak

  • Close the nearest water valve (in the apartment, floor or basement)
  • If you do not know where the valve is, try placing containers under the leak
  • Warn the neighbours on the floor below
  • Switch off electricity in the affected area, if safe to do so

Blocked sewage

  • Do not use water on the affected riser (sink, bathroom, toilet)
  • Inform neighbours on the floors above so they also stop using the sewage
  • Do not open the sewage inspection hatch unless you are a specialist – a sudden water surge is possible

No electricity

  • Check the circuit breakers in your distribution board – one may have tripped
  • If a breaker trips repeatedly, do not switch it back on as it indicates a short circuit
  • Disconnect recently connected appliances (they may be causing the fault)
  • If you smell burning, immediately switch off the electricity and call us

Heating failure

  • If a radiator or heating pipe is leaking, try closing the valve on that radiator
  • If the boiler shows an error code, press the reset button once. If that does not help, call us
  • If the failure is in the district heating network, inform the building manager or association chair
