How long does sewage riser replacement take?
One riser replacement typically takes one working day depending on the number of floors and access conditions. The sewage usage interruption is minimised and usually does not exceed 6-8 hours.
Is it possible to replace sewage without damaging finishes?
Riser replacement usually requires minor finish restoration in the shaft area. Horizontal pipe replacement inside the apartment may require more extensive finishing work. We provide precise information after an on-site inspection and video inspection.
Why should sewage pipe replacement not be postponed?
Aged cast iron pipes can burst without warning, causing significant water damage and sanitary risks. The longer replacement is postponed, the greater the risk of emergency and potential damage. Planned replacement is always cheaper and less stressful than emergency repair.
Does Alpex also do external sewage?
