How often should electrical installation inspection be carried out?
Regulations require electrical installation inspections no less than every 5 years in residential buildings and every 3 years in public and commercial buildings. If the building has older electrical installations, more frequent inspections are recommended.
Will electricity be disconnected during diagnostics?
Some measurements require brief disconnection of individual circuits. We always warn about this in advance and coordinate with the client. Full building disconnection is usually not required.
Is the inspection report valid for insurance purposes?
Yes, our electrical installation inspection reports comply with regulatory requirements and are valid for submission to insurance companies as well as government authorities.
How long does electrical network diagnostics take?
Inspecting a single apartment usually takes 2-3 hours. Diagnostics of an apartment building’s shared networks takes 1-2 working days depending on the building’s size. We determine the precise time after reviewing the property information.
