SIA Alpex (Reg. no. 40003795508, Krasotaju 6, Riga) describes how it collects, processes and stores personal data from clients and website visitors.
Personal data includes any information relating to an identified individual, and processing means operations such as collection, recording, modification and deletion.
2. Collection, Processing and Storage of Personal Data
Data is primarily collected through www.alpex.lv and email. Processing is carried out in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
The data subject is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Knowingly providing false information is considered a violation.
3. Processing of Client Personal Data
Data processed:
- First name, last name
- Date of birth
- Contact information (email, phone)
- Transaction data (services, address, price)
- Any other information provided when requesting services
