Does riser replacement require the consent of all apartment owners?
Risers are the building’s shared engineering infrastructure, and their replacement is typically organised by the property manager or apartment owners’ association. The decision is made by the apartment owners’ general meeting. We help prepare the technical and economic justification and work estimate.
How much does pipe replacement cost?
Costs depend on pipe length, material, number of floors and access complexity. We can prepare a precise estimate after an on-site inspection.
Can pipes be replaced without demolishing walls?
In many cases yes – risers can be replaced using existing shafts and openings. However, in some cases, for example where pipes are built into walls, minor finishing restoration may be necessary. We assess this during the inspection.
