Our Story

SIA Alpex began operations in 1998 as a small building engineering maintenance company in Riga. Initially, the team consisted of just a few specialists servicing heating and water supply systems in local apartment buildings.

The company has grown into one of the leading building engineering system service companies in the Riga region. Today our team comprises more than 100 specialists – plumbers, electricians, heating technicians, ventilation specialists and emergency crews.

Our growth is built on a simple principle: do the work with quality and be available when the client calls. This principle has guided us for 28 years, and we continue to follow it every day.

We have maintained a personal approach, even as the company has grown. Every client – whether it is an apartment owners’ association with a single building or a property management company with hundreds of properties – receives equally attentive and professional service.
