Open Positions
Plumber
We are looking for an experienced plumber to work with water supply and sewage systems in apartment buildings, private houses and commercial properties. The work includes both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of plumbing experience
- Ability to work with various pipe materials (steel, copper, polypropylene, PVC)
- Category B driving licence
- Willingness to work emergency shifts (on a rota basis)

Electrician
We are looking for a qualified electrician for the maintenance, repair and installation of building electrical systems. The work includes servicing distribution boards, lighting, cable lines and other electrical systems.
Requirements:
- Electrician qualifications and relevant certificates
- At least 2 years of experience in building electrical maintenance
- Category B driving licence
- Ability to read electrical installation diagrams

Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician
We are looking for a specialist in the installation, maintenance and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems. Work with centralised and local systems in office buildings, commercial properties and apartment buildings.
Requirements:
- Experience working with ventilation and/or air conditioning systems
- F-gas training preferred
- Category B driving licence
- Technical understanding and ability to work with control equipment

Heating Systems Technician
We are looking for a specialist in the maintenance and repair of heating systems – gas boilers, heat substations, radiator systems, underfloor heating. The work includes both scheduled maintenance and emergency response during the heating season.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with heating equipment
- Gas equipment certificate (preferred)
- Category B driving licence
- Willingness to work emergency shifts during the heating season
