What heating solution is most suitable?
It depends on the building type, floor area, heat supply availability and budget. For apartment buildings – district heating with an automated heat substation. For private houses – a gas boiler, pellet boiler or heat pump.
How often should heating equipment be maintained?
Gas boiler maintenance – at least once a year. Heat substations – twice a year (before and after the season). Heat exchanger flushing – every 1-3 years depending on water quality.
Does Alpex also design new systems?
Yes, we offer the full cycle – consultation, design, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
What to do if heating stops working in winter?
Call the emergency service. We respond at night, on weekends and holidays as well. Switch on supplementary heaters and do not allow the temperature to drop below 5 degrees C.
